个人简介

博士、副研究员,硕士研究生导师。主要从事水稻基因组学,及生物信息工具和数据库的开发。主持国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金等4项。以第一作者在National Science Review、Molecular Plant、Journal of Experimental Botany、Science China-Life Sciences等发表SCI论文6篇。获大北农科技奖基因工程奖1项(第3),授权软件著作权1项。开发了用于基因编辑解码分析的 DSDecode 软件以及一站式基因编辑软件包 CRISPR-GE(http://skl.scau.edu.cn/)。
